1. For conferences/short-term courses/workshops/seminars: The approved funds will only be disbursed upon submission of official receipts for course/registration fee, accommodation, airfare, airport tax, land transfer, student/travel visa fees, travel insurance and/or certificate awarded e.g. certificate of attendance/appreciation (where applicable) within 2 weeks upon completion of the programme.
Applicant who fails to complete the activity successfully is required to return the disbursed grant in full to SSC.
2. For degree/diploma courses: The approved funds will be disbursed directly to the relevant institution/organisation. SSC will liaise directly with the relevant institution/organisation on how the funds will be disbursed, subject to the duration of the course. Applicant who has made full payment to the relevant institution/organisation may submit the official receipt for reimbursement.
Applicant who fails to complete the course of study successfully is required to return the disbursed grant in full to SSC.
