Applicant's Curriculum Vitae (including Coaching and related Certificates and assignments).
Copy of applicant's NRIC.
Record of Coaching Activities / Coaching courses.
Copy of NROC / CCE Logbook (for NROC Coaches).
Proof of acceptance/enrolment/registration from relevant institution/organisation.
Testimonials and documentation of contributions of the coach in support of the application.
Employer's development plans for the coach. Self-employed coaches will have to submit their personal development plan as detailed in the application form.
Quotations of airfare and accommodation (at least 3) for overseas travel.
Copy of official conference/course/workshop/seminar brochure and/or information.
On conclusion of Programme / Activity:
Photocopies of official receipts for course/registration fee, accommodation, airfare, land transfer, airport tax, travel visa fee, travel insurance and/or certificate awarded e.g. Certificate of attendance/appreciation (where applicable).
Photographs of the event/course.
When to apply? Coaches should submit their applications at least 2 months before the programme commences. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
Successful applicants will be notified within 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that SSC does not enter into any correspondence on unsuccessful applications.
