Continuing Coach Education
Coach Education
This refers to educational activities or learning that is relevant to coaching. It also includes the imparting of knowledge and skills to other coaches through conducting coaching workshops, seminars and conferences.
Examples of Learning Activities *
  • Attending NCAP Theory Level 1 to 3 courses
  • Attending NCAP Technical Level 1 to 3 courses
  • Attending Umpire/Referee/Officiating Courses/Seminars/Workshops organised by SSC, NSAs or any other appointed agencies.
  • Attending advanced or other First Aid courses (excluding basic First-Aid Course, necessary for NROC application)
  • Attending Sports Trainer course
  • Conducting coaching related courses
  • Lecturing at coaching seminars and workshops
  • Presenting papers in conferences and seminars
  • Contributing articles to coaching journals, newsletters or other relevant publications
* The above are just some possible learning activities and this list is not exhaustive. Coaches who are unsure whether an activity can count towards the accumulation of learning hours should seek clarification from the SSC or the respective NSAs.

SSC reserves the right to validate the credibility of the CCE activities either with the respective NSAs or any other respective organisations and appointed agencies.
