How to use the Coaching Logbook
The Coaching Log Book will be used as a guide for coaches' eligibility to renew their membership in the NROC when it expires. The Log Book may also serve as a record of a coach's experience and ongoing upgrading which he/she may wish to use when applying for a new coaching position.

Upon completing a coaching activity, coaches should fill in the appropriate details and obtain a signature of the co-ordinator and/or official stamp of the organising body. The SSC will also seek to work with relevant course/programme organisers to link the recorded attendance of NROC members of their courses/programmes to SSC's database records. The number of hours recorded must be equal to the number of hours spent on that activity.

All learning activities cannot be completed in the space of one year and must be spread over the three-year period. Coaches should submit their applications for renewal of NROC membership at least three months prior to the expiry date. The completed Log Book should accompany the renewal application. The SSC and the NSAs will be responsible for reviewing the Log Book and the renewal application.
