First Aid & CPR Courses
To ensure the safety of athletes, it is essential for coaches to equip themselves with First Aid and CPR knowledge. This will better prepare coaches for emergency situations and alleviate the risks involved in sports coaching.

SSC requires all NROC coaches to have a valid Standard First Aid certificate. The minimum number of hours spent on the Standard First Aid course should not be less than 20 hours long with a theoretical examination and practical assessment including CPR and bandaging of wounds.
