The NCAP Theory Level 1.1 course (12 Jan - 6 Feb 2009, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday) is open for registration from 14 Nov 2008.
The closing date for registration will be on 15 Dec 2008 OR when a total of 90 participants have registered for the course, whichever comes first.
