Course Objectives
Maximal power is the application of maximal force over a minimal time period. Although most sports may not require maximal power, the ability to generate force over a short time frame is still crucial in many sporting situations. Many coaches termed this - "explosive strength".

Course Outline
This workshop will showcase some methods of training for "explosive strength" or power as well as detail essential safety considerations when executing these exercises.
