Course Objective:
Many coaches are highly competent but not many know how to maximize their market value and hence profitability. Whether you are a new coach who is beginning to acquire your first customer or you are a seasoned coach who desires to increase your customer base, the key anchor is on effective marketing strategies.

To educate coaches on the various marketing strategies and identify their target segment of customer as well as developing and present their individual unique selling point by applying the power of risk-reversal.

The general learning objectives of this course are:
  • Understanding the market and discovering your target segment
  • Develop and presenting your unique selling point
  • Analyse the key success factors in Service, Price, Place and Promotion strategies
  • Apply the power of risk-reversal and referral marketing
  • Explore selling strategies over the phone and on the internet, including social media

Profile of Trainer:

Mr Ng Sua Keong
graduated from University of Surrey (England) with an Honours degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering. He has accumulated almost 20 years of experience in the IT and education industry.
His technical, sales and management experiences started in Hewlett-Packard(HP). He took up various positions in test and measurement sales, channel management, consumer marketing and sales development.
During his service as Wholesaler Account Manager and Market Development Manager, he has successfully grown HP's deskjet and scanjet businesses in a matured and competitive market. As a result, both products maintained #1 market share positions (assessed by Dataquest and IDC) in both inkjet printer and scanner categories for five running quarters from 1999 1st quarter through 2000 1st quarter.

He then gained regional and entrepreneurial experiences during his service as a director in a local IT company. By spearheading strategic alliances with multi-national partners such as HP, Nokia and telecommunication operators, he has contributed to the regional expansion of the company in other Asian countries.

As a father of three daughters, Sua possesses strong passion in child development and education. With his entrepreneurial drive, he established his own business in children education. To equip himself further in the education industry, he has recently completed another degree in Early Childhood and Family Studies in 2006.
He has cumulated more than 5 years of teaching experiences in RP, coaching both teenagers and adults in enterprise skills, sales and marketing subjects. He is a certified PBL Facilitator and has attained ACTA certification in 2010.
