Course Synopsis
How did Peter Gade make such a fantastic comeback after a major ACL injury? Why and how did Ronald Susilo tear his Achilles tendon? Why is Lee Chong Wei so fast in court? How did Lin Dan jump so high to smash? Why are my students not improving as fast as I've planned? Why are my knees always so painful before and after a game? What are those colourful tapes on the players? Do they really work?

Have the above questions ever crossed your mind? Have you ever wondered why your knees are always hurting and how you can play without such pain? Can your students be as fast and jump as high like the top players in the world? Can you prevent yourself and your students from injuring the Achilles tendon or suffering from other
injuries?

Come to the workshop conducted by sports physiotherapist Max. He was the senior sports physiotherapist with Singapore Sports Council and had been the main physiotherapist with the national badminton team from 2003-2010. He had travelled extensively with
the badminton team overseas and was with Ronald Susilo when he won the Japan Open in 2004 as well as with the women's team when they were at SEA games and Uber Cup Finals.

At this upcoming workshop, Max will share with you his valuable experiences and insight in the prevention and management of common badminton injuries as well as the enhancing of a player's physical performance. He will also share with you his experiences of his years travelling with the national team and his observations of the different ways elite teams such as the Chinese and Indonesian teams manage the physical well-being of their players.

There will also be hands on interactive sessions during the workshop.
