SPORT PHYSIOTHERAPIST
You will be responsible for implementing preventive programmes and performing physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation primarily for national elite athletes under the care of SSC's Sports Medicine & Sports Science Division. You will conduct or contribute to training, educational and research-related activities carried out by the Physiotherapy Department. You will be provided with unique opportunities to work in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating elite level Sports Medicine & Sports Science services to athletes during training and competition at major International Games.
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Sound knowledge in outpatient musculoskeletal or orthopaedic physiotherapy
- Experience in Sports Physiotherapy, on-field sports coverage and applied sports sciences will be an advantage
- Self-motivated to keep up-to-date with advances in the field of physiotherapy

HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP
NUTRITIONIST
Reporting to Head of the Sport Nutrition Unit, you are expected to assist the sports nutrition team to conduct all sports nutrition services for identified sports from youth squads through to Olympic level representatives. You will be assisting in the implementation and coordination of the nutrition services and to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team of support staff within SSC and with NSAs delivering top class services to athletes and coaches. You have to work within the rules of the Professional Code of Conduct, Scope of Practice, and those of SSC and the NSAs to liaise with athletes, primary care managers, parents, coaches and other support staff as appropriate. In addition, you will be required to carry out other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Sport Nutrition Unit and Deputy Director of Sports Science.
- Graduate Diploma or Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge and skills in nutritional science and its applications.
- Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, able to multi-task, work independently and possesses a high level of initiative.
- Be a highly motivated and team-oriented individual willing to work flexible working hours and travel with teams when necessary.
- Take guidance and function as a contributing team-player but also exhibit the experience, initiative and drive to lead athlete and coach groups down the path of worlds best practice.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated effectiveness in negotiation, communication and consultation with athletes and coaches from diverse sports and backgrounds.
- A postgraduate qualification in sport nutrition or related area is desirable.
- Practical sport nutrition experience in the elite sport environment working closely with athletes and coaches in the planning and delivery of sport nutrition programmes is desirable.

Prerequisites

Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role will require the Senior Manager to undertake the Design and Technical aspects of our Sports Hub. This individual will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination to completion of our Sports Hub project specifically in the review of and improvement of the consortium's design; assessing technical specifications by understanding and incorporating the functional requirements into the design; and ensuring government's interests are incorporated into the Sports Hub design development and construction process. Responsibilities will include liaising with various user groups to review the design, technical documents, budgets and construction programmes; drive issues resolution with government agencies and other relevant statutory authorities for planning parameters and other technical requirements; provide solutions and recommendations in design development, construction related issues and other technical issues for leadership and management decisions.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Engineering and/or Degree in Building Services/Construction Technology/Project Management.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience with strong knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical aspects, building design, project and/or construction management of major infrastructure developments.
- Experience in government procurement and familiarity with building and construction regulations is highly regarded.

Develop demand management strategies and establish the supply chain for sports facilities. Collaborate closely with internal, external and strategic partners to create business value in operational decision making at the both the national and international platform.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop supply chain planning and forecasting tools (e.g. status reports, database inventories, performance metrics, etc) to meet established goals
- Research and evaluate existing sources of demand for sports facility and identify new sources and potential trends of demand.
- Forecasting the demand for sports facilities based on demand trends and analysis.
- Identify demand drivers (high participation, high performance, sports business, youth sports development, business development, commercial facilities) and conduct aggregation of demand from events (local and international), community, NSA programs, competitive training, and competitions

- Develop master-plans and sustainable business-plans to upgrade and transform sports facilities in Singapore and in overseas projects, where applicable.

- Strategically manage capacity planning of supply to meet demand and move from volume-focus to value-focus in supply chain management.
- Regular review on the availability (including capacity) and utilisation of sports facilities (SSC and non-SSC) to be in tune with market conditions.
- Analyse the demand/supply flow information against the key business objectives and financial considerations to establish value offerings to key stakeholders
Prerequisities:
- In-depth knowledge of sports business, business resource planning & supply chain management concepts and experience in master planning and business planning in a similar environment
