The BEC is a short course designed specially to arm participants with the basic skills to supervise exercise classes for individuals and groups. Participants will be taught the fundamentals and understanding of exercise and fitness, how to demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and how to use fitness equipment. Upon successful completion of the course and examination, a Certificate will be issued.

Minimum age of 16 years old and a good understanding of English. A valid Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is compulsory for all applications
