Contact SSC booking offices (Daily: 8am to 12.30pm or 2pm to 9.30pm) for the following assistance:

1) Counter and telephone booking matters.

2) Rain-off refund or Replacement claims (within 7 days of booked slot).

3) Refund matters and Query on facilities availability.

4) Re-print receipts (to submit request and arrange for a collection date).

5) Soccer ballot results (after 1pm on the day of the ballot). Alternately, you can also click on the link "Soccer Ballot Status" in the iBook.
