TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION INTO SSC SWIMMING COMPLEXES
Since 11 July 2012, the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) had progressively rolled out a new Swimming Pool Admission System (SPAS) at its 23 public swimming complexes across Singapore. While the original deadline of 31 March 2013 has passed, guests can now obtain refunds for their Stored Value Card at Buona Vista Swimming Complex during normal operating hours till 31 December 2013.

> Member will enjoy a 10-cent discount of the admission fee when visiting any of the conventional pools. Please refer to list of conventional pools.
> A membership card will be issued after the member has submitted the duly completed application form and made the requisite payment.
> Each member is allowed to have only one card at any one time.
> Once an SVC is refunded, any subsequent request for a new SVC shall be chargeable at $2.00.
> Replacement fees are non-refundable.
> Membership cards are the property of SSC and shall be returned to the Council on request or when the holder ceases to be a member. Successful applicants will be issued with a membership card and it will serve as the identification for admission into SSC swimming complexes.
> The SSC reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who, in its opinion, contravenes the terms and conditions of the scheme and/or SSC (Hiring of Sports Facilities) Regulations.
> By signing up for and providing any information, personal or otherwise, in order to gain access to any product(s) or service(s) and / or participate in any program(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s) or any activities involving the Singapore Sports Council ("SSC"), the individual is deemed to have given written permission for SSC to collect, analyze, collate, share, disclose to third parties, and/or otherwise use without any liability to the individual any personal information relating to that individual as SSC may in its sole discretion deem fit, including without any limitation for the following purposes: (a) For its programs, planning, data-processing, statistical or risk-analysis, research, fund-raising or any other purposes in furtherance of the functions or powers of SSC as provided for in the Singapore Sports Council Act (Chapter 305); (b) For development or implementation of programs, products or services provided by SSC and / or in collaboration with any Third Parties; (c) For outsourcing of any program(s), event(s), talk(s), demonstration(s) or any activities to Third Parties; (d) To any Third Parties for promotional, marketing and / or administrative purposes; (e) For all purposes as required by law, including without limitation court proceedings, criminal investigations or prosecutions or where so ordered by any competent authority; (f) In connection with any, or any proposed, novation, assignment, transfer, sale, lease, license, partnership, joint-organizing or any collaboration where and when required in relation thereto
> SSC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time, without prior notice at its sole discretion.
> SSC reserves the right to reject any application without reason.
> Any dispute shall be governed by and subject to the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
